SITO DRIVE HS-25-III Reducer, 30120 Ratios for Robotic Systems

Overview

The SITO DRIVE HS-25-III reducer is offered in 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120 transmission-ratio options for robotic systems, including humanoid robots, robotic arms, exoskeletons, quadruped robots, AGV vehicles, and ARU robots. At a 2000 r/min input speed, rated torque varies by selected ratio from 27 to 67 Nm. Select the ratio according to the required torque, allowable load torque, and backlash specification.

• Maximum allowable input speed of 5600 rpm for every ratio option.
• Allowable average speed of 3500 rpm for every ratio option.
• Backlash of 20 arcsec for ratios 30 and 50; 10 arcsec for ratios 80, 100, and 120.
