SITO DRIVE HS-25-II Reducer, 30120 Ratios for Robotic Motion Systems

Overview

The SITO DRIVE HS-25-II reducer is available in 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120 speed-ratio options for robotic motion-system applications. At a 2,000 r/min input, rated torque ranges from 27 to 67 Nm by ratio, while allowable average input speed is 3,500 rpm and maximum allowable input speed is 5,600 rpm. Select the ratio according to the required torque and backlash specification.

• Five selectable transmission ratios: 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120.
• Rated torque at 2,000 r/min input ranges from 27 Nm to 67 Nm, depending on ratio.
• Backlash is 20 arcsec for 30 and 50 ratios, and 10 arcsec for 80, 100, and 120 ratios.
• Maximum allowable input speed is 5,600 rpm and allowable average speed is 3,500 rpm for all listed ratios.
