EYOU PHU11H-60 Integrated Servo Joint Module, 51/101 Harmonic Drive for Robotics

Overview

The EYOU PHU11H-60 is an integrated servo joint module for robotics and automation applications. It combines a harmonic reducer, built-in driver, and dual absolute encoders in a 60 68.5 mm format. Select ratio 51 or 101 to match the required output speed and torque profile, and choose with or without brake. The module operates from 2448 VDC, with 48 VDC rated operating voltage.

• With-brake and without-brake options.
• Built-in driver and dual absolute encoders: motor side 19-bit and reducer side 19-bit.
• Power (DC in/DC out), CAN FD (In/Out), EtherCAT (In/Out), and STO (1, 2) interfaces; STO is only for OD 60.
• Communication protocols: EtherCAT and CANopen.
• Supported control modes include Profile Position (PP), Profile Velocity (PV), Profile Torque (PT), Cyclic Synchronous Position (CSP), and Cyclic Synchronous Velocity (CSV).
• PHU-series split-body construction separates the motor and reducer. The motor and reducer core components can be produced and tested on independent automated lines for tracking and control.
